Biography
Brandy Cassandra is a professional fine artist based in Plano, Texas, specializing in expressive figure drawings, classical portraiture, and dynamic canvas works.
With a formal background in fine art—holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts in drawing and painting from the University of Central Florida—Brandy’s work explores the delicate balance between raw graphite/charcoal mark-making and rich, layered acrylic textures. Her passion for the human form and fluid movement stems from a lifelong reverence for music and performance art, capturing moments of emotion, strength, and vulnerability within every piece.
Over her career, Brandy’s work has been celebrated across competitive live art exhibitions and gallery spaces, earning honors including First Place at Art Social Orlando’s Art Blitz ("poppyseed dancee") and being named Orlando Artist of the Year by The Venue for her solo exhibition Beyond. Her permanent pastel memorial work remains featured on display at the House of Blues Orlando.
Today, Brandy focuses on private fine art acquisitions and bespoke studio commissions, collaborating closely with collectors, interior designers, and individuals seeking one-of-a-kind heirloom artwork.
